Studio 1 at Polis' House Studios comfortably accommodates up to three guests and covers an area of 20.62 m². It features one double bed and one single bed, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends.

The studio includes a private, fully equipped kitchenette with all necessary kitchenware, allowing guests to prepare their own meals with ease. A private en suite bathroom ensures added comfort and privacy.

As with all studios at Polis' House, guests can enjoy their meals or drinks on their own private balcony or in the serene garden. Studio 1 is located on the ground floor and offers a peaceful garden view.
